Who is collecting your data

What the membership form requests

Required: name, age range, email address, Instagram account, Singapore residency confirmation, wedding stage, expected or actual wedding month, wedding location, referral source, membership choice and personal data consent. Optional: other social media accounts. The form service records submission time and a response identifier.

If your wedding date is undecided, enter “Not decided yet”. No delivery address, telephone number, ID number, payment details or health information is requested at registration.

Purposes

Membership administration; relevant eligibility checks and invitations; registration confirmation; membership contact and Japanese beauty campaign news by email or Instagram; administering campaigns you voluntarily choose to join; enquiries, consent records, duplicate prevention and service improvement using non-identifying statistics.

Participation is optional, with no purchase requirement. Membership, participation, BEAUTY GIFTS and delivery are completely free. Registration does not guarantee a gift or campaign invitation.

Recipients and overseas management

Natsuko Sakai is the only person within our organisation with access to membership responses. We use Google Forms, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script through a standard consumer Google account, with Gmail for membership communications.

Information is managed in Japan and may also be processed or stored in other countries where Google or its service providers operate. Google’s Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy apply to its handling of information. We remain responsible for appropriate safeguards required by applicable law for overseas processing.

We do not disclose general membership registration information to partner brands. If you later join a particular campaign, we will explain any necessary disclosure, such as your Instagram account to the campaign brand or delivery information to a fulfilment provider, and obtain consent where required. Delivery details will be requested separately when needed.

Required information, consent and withdrawal

Without required information and relevant consent, we may be unable to process registration or provide the associated membership service. Optional information may be omitted. You may withdraw consent, ask to stop campaign communications, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern at info@jadore-wdg.com. We will explain consequences and stop affected processing as required by applicable law.

We retain data only while needed for the notified purposes or a necessary business or legal purpose. On membership withdrawal, we delete or anonymise membership registration information in the records we control within three days after receiving your request, subject to limited records that must be retained for a legal requirement or an existing complaint. Google’s internal deletion and backup processes follow Google’s data retention policy.

Membership acknowledgement

I have read the Singapore Privacy Policy and Personal Data Collection Notice. I consent to J’adore Wedding Co., Ltd. collecting, using and processing my personal data for the membership purposes described, including administration in Japan and processing by the identified service providers, subject to the stated overseas-transfer safeguards. I understand how to withdraw consent.

Campaign communications are described separately in the membership choice; any unrelated marketing requires separate consent.
